Randy fly's us to Chico Hot Springs

Julie & Randy flying to Chico Hot Spings
My own personal pilot!

It was another amazing day in Victor, Idaho, so we borrowed a small airplane for the day and flew over Yellowstone National Park to Chico Hot Springs. Chico is a popular family destination that you need to reserve your room for 2-3 months in advance to get in on a weekend! It was built around 1902, and is about 25 miles out of Gardner, Montana. So we decided to check it out for the afternoon, do some swimming and fly back home.

This was the first flight that I have done with Randy that we actually flew somewhere. It was really cool! We landed on this "backcountry" gravel dirt strip that was left over from when the railroad went through. And on the way up to montana, we flew over the Grand Prismatic pool in Yellowstone that is so amazing and full of beautiful colors.

Overall, a cool day trip... via airplane!

Don't want your car to get hit by a landing airplane!
